GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE (GMP) FOR FOOD (FIRST REVISION)
This Malaysian Standard follows the food chain from incoming materials to the customer, setting out the necessary hygiene conditions for producing food which is safe and suitable for consumption in food manufacturing.
This standard provides a base-line structure on GMP. For other specific guidance applicable
to particular sectors, see Annex A and B. Such specific guidance should be read in
conjunction with this standard.
